Trust keeps the world going - Rishona Chopra

What keeps the world going? Love, friendship, humanity, happiness? I believe its trust that keeps this world going. This trust isn't trusting someone with your secrets or your belongings. It isn't restricted to our trust in a bank to keep our money. It isn't our trust to share something with someone but rather our trust in life. Like how a bird waits for the day of its flight, simply trusting that there will be a tomorrow. Like how we plan our life, our schedules, our meetings because we simply trust that we'll be healthy and happy tomorrow.

It's this blind trust in life that keeps us going. We never think of how we may not give our exam tomorrow because the sun may never rise, the world may end, we may not be alive. Why don't we question this? Because we trust that life will go on the way it always goes. The sun not setting isn't impossible - it's simply our trust in the sun - to always rise.

This trust is something which is so natural and so important that we never realize that its trust that keeps the world going. And it cant be lost because if this trust is lost, we shall spend our lives worrying about god knows what. And worry never did anyone any good. While this trust is so vital, its as vital to know that it is trust in the end that keeps us going because it teaches us one of the most important lessons of life - To live in the present and to focus on NOW, not THEN.

It's no good planning our life ahead because what about what life has planned for us? This doesn't mean you cant be more organised of course but all it means is that we musn't let the future overpower the present. Because the power to be in the present is the greatest of all because it lets us live life and if in this life, we don't live to the fullest, then what are we doing?

True Happiness is living in the present - Rishona Chopra

We spend our time, thinking relentlessly,
Thinking about possibilities endlessly.
What is to come? What had happened?
These questions cloud us day and night.
Thinking about the future and the past,
All about what has passed.
In this vast world, we forget,
That we haven't touched the present yet.
All forgotten about who we are,
We start thinking of the far.
Yes, we must learn from the past,
But not live in what has passed.
A wise person is content with their lot,
Not wishing for what they have not.
Being lost in hopes and fears,
Doing the same for years and years.
True happiness isn't in these wishes and wants,
Not in these useless thoughts.
Never do we enjoy what we have,
With the future, we always began.
It's to live in the present that is the true art,
It's what really pleases the heart.

Seize the moment - Saikiran Sahu

Seize the moment

The memories once that were present-

The present we didn't value.

The only times when we keep pondering,

On our sad past and tense future.

Forgetting those precious pearls-

That is in our hands now and will not be forever.

For now, we all beg for our past -

And some reminisce about it and some cry over it,

As if it could have been changed just by blaming.

Then comes our future as if there is a portal to it,

You overthink and spend that time-

that's continuously moving out of your hand.

So why not do something more useful,

Build memories that are as sweet as honey,

To be worth cherished and to be looked back.

The precious souvenir of every perfect time with your-

Loved one or the deeds that make people happy,

And most of all that makes you, yourself merry.

It is better than living a life where people are always-

Remising about decisions that they were influenced about.

Live the present as if it is the last day to be spent

Because life is all about having no repent!

Future Generation & The Present - Nishan Karki

When we talk about the future generation, do we also need to work on the present altogether?

“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.”                                                      -  Buddha

We spend a lot of time thinking about our future generation. However, we also need to think about and work on our present side by side. Working on present needs is crucial for the betterment of our future generations. The future of our generation depends greatly on our present deeds. Our present paves the way for our future and that of our generation.

To make our generation's future better, we need to tackle the present problems. Our earth is facing many environmental problems such as climate change, increasing global warming, depletion of various resources, pollution, etc. Unless we tackle our present issues, we will not be able to improve the future of our upcoming generations.

For instance, if people are very poor, they will not be able to provide a better lifestyle for future generations. Before thinking about the future, they should work on their present needs. They must at least have the basic means of livelihood. If they remain poor and do not work to improve their present conditions, their future generation will have to suffer.

Creating a peaceful society is very important for our future generation; Creating a society that values people and their sentiments, fosters the development of a peaceful society. People living in a society must have mutual co-operation, respect sympathy, trust, kindness and compassion for each other.

If our thoughts and actions are positive, our future generation will also be the same. It is important to ensure that our generation thinks positively and does things positively. No one wants their generation to do wrong things. People have a strong faith that their future generation will be a good and peaceful one. We should work to create a clean environment (focusing both on the ecosystem and positive thoughts/ actions) for our future generations.

The key to language is to learn every aspect of music that we can - Pallavi Kumari

.

Reading is most important.

The key to language is learning every aspect of music we can. We should enjoy our present and make our future better. In our daily lives, we need to invest in sharpening our skills to get going with our well-being. You spend a little time learning what living in someone else's shoes is like. I don't like reading books, but when I started joining good schools, I thought it would be interesting to read a book.

Books are like people in the sense that they'll turn up in your life when you most need them, and books are like mirrors; you only see in them what you already have inside you. If you dislike reading, you have yet to find the right book. I read a book one day, and my whole life was changed. Books are uniquely portable magic. TODAY, A READER, TOMORROW, A LEADER. A room without a book is like a book without a soul. A book is a gift you can open again and again.

Enjoy the present! - Rishona Chopra

"Practicing meditation and detachment can help us remain in soul consciousness and emphasise experiencing being overdoing. Our health, inner well-being and definition of success are more important than any job, salary, degree or anyone else's opinion about us. We can, therefore, consciously create a situation of peace and happiness where the rising tide of expectation is controlled. We are no longer troubled by unfulfilled needs; even the most ordinary experiences become enjoyable."

The future, the past,
Is a world that is vast.
It is a lot to wonder,
You can think about thunder,
and think if you can become a funder.
In this vast world, we forget,
That we haven't touched the present yet.
All forgotten about who we are,
We start thinking or the far.
It is truly so bizarre,
We think of the present as an old scar.
Never thinking about the present,
We forget about the pleasant.
Enjoying the moment is an art,
But I wonder how we fail despite being so smart.
Those thoughts keep popping up,
I put the present in the old cup.
Never did I ever enjoy what I have,
With the future I always began.
But today can I just relax and enjoy the present?
