Forgiveness - Tenzin Nyesel

A very famous line said:

"When you forgive, you heal.
When you let go, you grow."

When we suffer through harsh times in any relationship, it's hard to think about forgiving the other person. On that, it's harder to move on from that situation. That's the time when we start thinking about ourselves. The time when we think, "If I say 'this' to that person, what will my image be towards her or him? What does that person think about me?

As time goes on, slowly and gradually, we realize our actions and the words we said at that time. We start getting feelings of guilt, sorrow, and anger. We start reflecting on those mistakes and the ego we have been holding. That's the time when we let go of dirty stains from our clean, white life. We try to get things together.

This reflection concludes with a line:
"Forgiveness is not just to forget and move on; it's about remembering it without the anger."

Forgiveness - Tenzin Jambey

In the journey of our lives, we come across many situations that result in the destruction of our peace of mind. Sometimes, we mistakenly hurt someone. It really feels bad when others don't accept your apology and when you are not forgiven for the mistake you made.

We humans are not perfect; we make mistakes as we take every step in our lives. Sometimes, our actions hurt the sentiments of others, which results in the birth of hate in others for us. When we ask for forgiveness from others, some accept it, but some people don't forgive the mistakes made by children. A few days ago, my football went on the roof of the neighbour's house. I went to get it and called out the uncle. He came outside, and I quickly greeted him and said sorry in a polite manner. Still, I ended up getting terribly scolded by him. If I look from one side, what he did was right, as I should have cared for him while playing, as it could have broken the things in his house, but if I were in his place, I would have given the child advice rather than scolding him. When we get scolding from others, it makes us feel a bit restricted, and from now on, we feel a bit scared and down to do things again, like playing. If we don't forgive the mistakes of the younger ones, they will never be able to enjoy their childhood, and they will feel that they have made the biggest mistake, which will affect their minds.

Forgiveness is essential, especially when it comes to children. Through this reflection, we are smart enough to know when to forgive and when not. Forgiveness depends on the situation and dimensions. We know which things should be ignored and which are to be punished. Even though forgiveness stands higher than punishment, humans still follow this practice as we don't have any options, and there are no such questions for forgiveness for the people who willingly indulge in activities like crimes, murders, and rape. Therefore, forgiveness is essential, depending on the situation and people's actions. We should know when and where to forgive and when not.

In the case of children, we must forgive as they will make thousands of mistakes, and they will not do what is right and wrong. They like a mountain lake that is pure and calm, but sometimes, they take the form of hurricanes and irritate others a lot. But this act of theirs makes us feel happy and reminds us of our old days in the future. Someday, forgiveness binds us together. Suppose the neighbour's uncle forgives the kid who broke his window twice or three times and still possesses a sense of forgiveness. In that case, it makes the uncle a hero in the eyes of the kid, and who knows, in the future, the kid will become a famous person and come to visit you with gifts and old-time memories.

The art of forgiveness works differently for different ages of people. The easiest, simplest, and most effective one is forgiving children. I still remember the uncle who returned my football whenever it went into his house. He never got angry, and he did forgive me when I broke his house's window. He used to give me advice, "Child, this is the right time to enjoy and create trouble for others, as in the future you will never get to experience it." His words really reflected upon me. As I take each step daily, I am expected to do well and make the fewest mistakes.

The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer someone else

For me, happiness is not always dependent on the presence of any person. Happiness can also be developed within ourselves. Every situation has a choice. It depends on us what we choose to do.

"Being happy is a choice, being sad is a choice. Its just you who decides with what mood your day is gonna go with. "

Are you in a dilemma? - Tenzin Kunsel

https://quotesgram.com/dilemma-quotes/

The dilemma word that we all are familiar with is a situation we all face daily. But when we think we are facing a dilemma, it's just a game that our mind plays. We all are already aware of the choice which we want to go with but create another choice just to confuse ourselves. When we debate which option to go with, we should always choose the brain's advice though hard to follow but better for us than the heart's advice which is easier. The brain's choice is better and more practical than the heart's.

Reflecting on the dilemma between the heart and the mind - Monika Singh Pundir

A dilemma is a situation which mainly occurs in everyone's life, especially in students' life. Recently it happened to me when I went to receive my report card. I checked my marks and noticed I wasn't getting what others expected. They thought I was very talented and would get excellent marks, but I needed help to make it up. At that time, my mind told me not to show up to anyone I had let down and to tear off my report card. But the weird thing was that at the same time, my heart told me not to think much about such things because, somewhere, it was my own fault for not studying and not doing well.

When such a situation occurs, one should think more than once before taking any step so we don't regret it later.

Heart Vs Brain - Tenzing Dhekyong

Many people believe in what the heart says, while others believe in the brain. For me, it depends upon my situation. For example (not an actual incident), if my brain tells me to go and help my granny with gardening, my other inner side, my heart, would say to me, complete the rest of my work. That was in the case of listening to the core.

Many actors and actresses fall for each other during one specific film. But from the other side, they would say they want to focus more on their career than having a relationship.

So, because of all these situations, it depends upon what I am going through; so I would like to say that no one didn't that they don't listen, whether it's a heart or a brain...

It's because of you - Rishona Chopra

It is because of you - that is what we say. We blame people for our troubles and failures, and believe me, even you do. If you get a cold, you blame another person in the family who also had a cold. You don't blame yourself for having a weak immune system! If you couldn't go somewhere, then you blame the weather. When you spill water on your t-shirt, you blame the person who bumped into you.

When we blame others, we are avoiding some truth about ourselves. We can blame other planets for our fault; we blame nature, people, and even our parents! It's always easy to blame but challenging to find and correct your faults. This also connects with one of Dr Sibal's values - Making mistakes, and accepting flaws.

A play in life - Rishona Chopra

Every single day,

you have a new play!

A play you have to face in your life,

and that play helps you shine bright!

It's just one of the difficulties that help make you stronger,

Every situation you face makes you an explorer.

Of life

This play that this small poem talks about is basically a challenging situation. Even when we have a group project and have a fight with our friends, that is a play, where we have to face the challenge and find the solution that helps us grow our values and others. When we are strong enough to meet these minor problems, we won't have difficulty facing more significant issues and become the explorer of life.

Courage - Rishona Chopra

Based on the chapter It’s never too late, from Is Your Child Ready to face the world by
Dr Anupam Sibal

Sometimes when we have fear or are in a situation where we have options, one risky and the other an easy one. Here we have to display courage. Courage is being fearless, showing an end to fear and bringing in bravery. Of course, it is difficult, but that is what life is about. Taking risks and having new experiences.

Take the example of Dr Christiaan Barnard- a cardiac surgeon Dr Christiaan Barnard was an ambitious cardiac surgeon who started performing and studying cardiac surgeries. He started performing heart and lung transplants. He had a few cases where he could just make joy with his first successful surgery or put everything at stake. Here he took the risk and performed a successful surgery!

So to have courage, you just need to believe in yourself.

It's Never Too Late - Rishona Chopra

Based on the chapter It’s never too late, from Is Your Child Ready to face the world by
Dr Anupam Sibal.

We often come in situations where we tend to make a wrong decision or even have the right intentions for something, but we use it in the wrong way. Sometimes we come across situations where we do the right thing, but others seem to get it in the wrong way or assume us wrong when what we do is the right thing.

Take the example of Alfred Nobel, a famous scientist. Alfred Nobel made many inventions, one of them being dynamite. He made it for people’s safety and mining purposes of mining but little did he know that people were going to use it for wars. People saw him as an enemy and a person who would kill people for money. This had an effect on Nobel. Despite being disheartened, he brought courage in himself and thought that it was never too late to set things right. He made the invention of Nobel Prizes, which helped people see him for his good acts.

Happiness - Akshita Rathore

Happiness is the most expensive thing in the world. If we are happy, then we can make others happy. Happiness is a medicine that makes people physically fit and strong. I get happiness by talking to my father and taking care of him. A happy person does his work happily and enjoyment, but if the person is sad, he can’t focus on work. People get happiness from various things: By making others happy, talking with friends, listening to music, I experience happiness when my dream comes true. In the world, no one is happy. Everybody is busy with their work, and everyone has tension. In every situation, just be happy, and your problem will be solved.

So be happy always.
