Compassion - Vernica

What is compassion? Is it sympathy? Or is it empathy? Is it love? Or is it sharing with others? Well, it's all of this!

Compassion, being an abstract thing, can help change lives! Even small acts like helping someone tie shoelaces are compassion; being compassionate might take one's life to different turns, bringing success closer.

Compassion is within all of us, but it needs to be shown. The only way to show it is to start now! Let's make small moves and get better! Let's be compassionate!!!

And this session helped me to understand this virtue of life at a greater length, and I wish to follow it more often.

Respect - Rishona Chopra

Respect is when you care for someone and have a high opinion about them.

Many say we must have respect for elders, but we should also respect younger ones. Everyone is equal, so everyone should get respect.

Being respectful is essential as when we speak with anger and disappointment, the opponent feels terrible and wouldn’t care to listen to you, and you would feel bad. On the other hand, if we talk with respect, people would easily understand us and feel good.

Apart from respecting others, we must respect ourselves too, which is having self-esteem.

Self-esteem is to love ourselves. When we do something wrong, we shouldn’t be hard on ourselves but respect ourselves like a young child who made a small mistake. Having too much self-esteem is not good, and neither is having no self-esteem.

We should respect others and ourselves too.

Freedom - Linisha Agarwal

Freedom and privilege both are the most debatable terms today.

Freedom is the ability to make choices and to carry them out successfully.

Freedom to me is to be ready to make decisions and choices
independently, keeping consequences in mind, to be prepared to breathe willingly. Freedom is something that everyone wants and deserves as a gift.

Freedom is the most significant thing in my life to live confidently and respectfully. Keeping this in mind, I can say that you, me, and we all have Freedom but still crib for petty things; instead, we should think about those unfortunate who don t even experience essential Freedom. Some might consider freedom a license to do whatever they wish to do with no restrictions, forgetting that their duties complement this term.

Freedom is that choice to measure your life in terms of doing what you & like to, to live where you'd like to, and most importantly, to seek out what your heart aspires. This suggests that Freedom can apply to different aspects of life.

What does Freedom mean for girls? In fact, Freedom for a girl is not about being able to do the things like a boy, but freedom lets her choose and decide what she wants. Moreover, Freedom is often known as a state of mind where you have the right and liberty of doing what you can dream of. Also, you can feel Freedom from within. It is the power to act according to our own will. And to enjoy Freedom, you should free yourself from negative thoughts and be optimistic.

To conclude, I would like to add that we should not ignore the fact -
With Freedom comes Responsibilities.
